Cold Brew and Concentrate
Here is the recipe for making Cold Brew Coffee and Cold Brew Concentrate.
For Cold Brew Concentrate place 4oz of Shipwrecked Coffee Cold Brew into a filter bag. Next place in a container and add 32oz of water at room temp. Let stand for 18-24 hours. Remove filter bags and let drain into container for 10-15 minutes.
To make ready to drink Cold Brew folow directions for concentrate and after draining, add enough water to make 32oz.
Serve over ice or refrigerate.

Cold Brew Sour

4oz Cold Brew Concentrate
Juice of 1 Lemon
2oz Simple Syrup
Ice
Lemon Wedge for Garnish
1. Mix all ingredients together and serve in an 8oz glass.

Cold Brew Mint Julip
​
3oz Cold Brew concentrate
4 Mint leaves
1oz Simple Syrup
Crushed Ice
1. Muddle 3 Mint leaves in the bottom of your glass.
2. Mix remaining ingredients in glass and stir.
3. Garnish with the remaining Mint leaf.
