First Mate's Chili
 

2 lbs ground beef browned

32 oz beef stock

1/3 bottle First Mate's Chili Blend

1 med onion chopped

1 can petite diced tomatoes

2 cans dark red kidney beans w/liquid

1-8 oz sour cream (optional)

1-16 oz bag of grated sharp cheese (optional)

Combine all ingredients in 4 quart pot. Simmer for two hours, longer if possible. Serve in bowls and top with cheese and sour cream. Enjoy. Serves 6-8 servings.
