Trim excess fat and silver-skin from tenderloins. Season pork tenderloins liberally with Captain's Blend and sit aside. Lay bacon strips, alternating ends, side by side to match length of tenderloin. Try not to leave any space between strips. Place one tenderloin across the strips of bacon in the middle. Now fold bacon over the top of the tenderloin, when finished this will be the bottom. Now grill or cook in the oven until done, minimum internal temp of 145 degrees. Let rest 10 minutes, slice and enjoy. Serves 6-8 servings.
